Return Policy:
We are happy to accept returns, please note that we accept returns of orders within 14 days from the date the order was delivered.
How to Return:
Items bought on WWW.HEAVYHUESLABEL.COM will gladly be accepted processing through our Returns Portal if requested within 14 days of the shipment delivery date.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
We recommend our customers to use trusted shipping carriers like UPS, USPS or FedEX, we can't reimburse the return shipping fee.
Sale or Final Sale Items:
Products marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale" can not be returned for a refund or exchange. They are only eligible for store credit only upon return.

If sale or final sale items are received with defects, damages and stains, please let us know right away.
We will require photo or video to prove the condition of the item received.
Product Return Condition:
Defective items must be reported within 2 days after item delivery date.
Due to hygiene concerns the following items can not be returned:
Bodysuits , Swimwear, Intimates products.
Please note that all items must be returned with all the tags intact. If we receive your return and the tag is damaged or removed, we cannot accept your return. Items must be returned in the same condition as received without any marks or stain from makeup/deodorants etc.We reserve the right to refuse returns if it does not meet our product return conditions.
Swimsuits:
If you buy a swimsuit or bikini bottom & remove the hygienic liner, we are not able to accept the return. Please try swimsuits on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
International Orders: Please return the items within 14 days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number. Unfortunately, we DO NOT provide return label to international orders.
Refund processing time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if return is accepted or rejected. Please allow us 5-10 days from the day your return is delivered to refund your order.
The credit appear on your billing statement within 1-3 business days due to different processing times of financial organizations.
Our products that are marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale" are not refundable.
